Great inner peace

As the vicissitudes of the mind slow via yoga and meditation,
we may experience glimpses of the thought-free state–
the mind expansive and open,
absorbed in the stillness, the bliss, and the love.

The mind’s thoughts no longer dividing things in pieces,
we experience wholeness or oneness.

The undivided mind experiences this wholeness or oneness–unity consciousness.

As the witness, you can experience this wholeness even while the mind is in the midst of thought.
