Deep waters run stiller

Deep waters run still–or at least more still than the often choppy surface waters so effected by the winds and the weather.

Such it is with our mind–on the surface so often agitated and blown about by the events and feelings of everyday life.

Meditation and yoga allow us to drop beneath these rougher waters and experience greater stillness and the main currents at the depth of our being.

Meditate and/or do yoga and dive deep!
