“I can’t meditate!”

“Blah, blah, blah” goes the mind.

“I can’t meditate! My mind is never quiet!”

So it goes for most beginning meditation.

As you watch your breath or repeat your mantra, pay attention to even the most miniscule of slowing of thoughts or even the briefest of breaks in mind action.

Relish this slowing like a slow dance to your favorite music.

Slip into its trance…

Meditate!
