Perfect and permanent inner peace remains an ideal possibly never reachable.
However, I do know that through our yoga/meditation practice we can regularly dip into this peace within us.
Sometimes just coming to our mat or meditation posture, only practicing a few moments, we feel this peace.
Other times, we have to go deep through more chaos and disorder before reaching it.
Practice, and dip your cup in stiller waters. Drink up. Even a sip can have amazing effects!
