Our usual flurry of thought and inner activity can start to settle…
and there’s more space.
Even a moment of space can be so invigorating and restorative.
We say “Silence is golden.”
Even a bit of gold can be so so precious.
Through our practices, even a bit of more space… even a bit of silence…
