On this Black Friday, I have to confess consumerism need not involve going to any store or making on-line purchases.
I have times when I think satisfaction will come with that next transformation or going just little bit deeper in a yoga pose or in meditation.
Just a little bit more, then…
Enough is enough.
More will never be enough! It will always require more.
However, when we move from enough, we always have enough of our hearts and souls to share generously with others… because there’s always enough.
Enough is enough is not a goal we reach, but a constant practice we must return to again and again, a yoga in itself.
