Tip #6–Give yourself silence

On the 6th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me… Tip #6.

Silence! Nothing more. Not a peep. Not a ho-ho-ho!

The peace of that silent night can be yours.

Give yourself its respite–in a yoga pose, in meditation, with the breath… maybe over a cup of tea or with a night walk.

Restore yourself with smatterings of silence this holiday season.
