We can slow a monkey’s swinging and antics with a banana.

So too we can slow our monkey-mind with the most satisfying bites of its own bliss and peacefulness that arise as it slows.

Feed the monkey-mind what it really wants. As it slows, it can feast on the bliss and peacefulness that arises. Satisfied and content, the mind can ease its restlessness and become more still.
