It’s as though we enter and pass through a portal where, though nothing in reality has changed, we have changed.

We are feeling and thinking more clearly, and maybe steadier, more joyful, lighter.

In this way, yoga and meditation transform our experience of this world and how we are in the world. Thereby, we help transform this world.
