We all have lots of habits–some good, some not so good.
Here’s one habit, tantamount to all, that’s most helpful.
Each morning before you start your day, meditate.
Start with maybe 5 or 10 minutes, and increase as you feel. But no matter what, do it daily, no matter how brief, or long. Simply meditate!
It’s most refreshing to return to our source first thing every day–renewing, re-energizing, calming, centering, filled with joy, love, and compassion.
Now, isn’t that a habit we all can benefit from!?
