After a good night’s sleep, we feel so refreshed. As we get busy during the day, we can often lose ourselves in our busy-ness and can feel overwhelmed.
However, there are so many ways throughout our busy day to refresh or reset ourselves–to draw back and recenter, to catch a breath of fresh air and refresh our perspective.
We can renew ourselves with a few moments of conscious, slow breathing–a stretching yoga pose with attention to slowing the breath, a few full breaths as we sit at our desk with our mind focused just on this… a step outside with a few slower, conscious breaths….
Formal yoga and meditation times are not the only times we can tap into this special place and renew ourselves.
We can tap in at any point we notice we need it.
Tapping in is really just a breath away!
