Caught up in the web!

We are “caught” in an endless web of giving and receiving.

Our inhales, we receive the breath, the life force, the prana, and all it does to enliven us.

Our exhales, we give our breath back to the planet and all that that need our carbon dioxide.

Giving and receiving… Caught in this endless web of life, in union with it, one with in yoga, yoked to it.

We are all caught up in it, thank goodness, for life!
