This most current event

As we meditate and do yoga more regularly, the current of the life force or prana shakti can feel stronger and get more obvious or pronounced.

In time, this current or flow can grow so strong that our mind can become riveted or absolutely present to it.

It is literally the current event–that which is flowing through you and me right now.

As we practice our yoga and meditation, we become more deeply absorbed in this most current event!
