Oh devoted breath, you are with me for a lifetime!
You are with all of us for our lifetimes!
Oh… devoted breath,
without you, we are nothing.
Oh devoted breath, you are with me for a lifetime!
You are with all of us for our lifetimes!
Oh… devoted breath,
without you, we are nothing.
This breath can fill our sails and carry us to the land of stillness, seemingly so distant from our busy minds, but really but a breath away.
Meditate on your breath and take its aid in your yoga, and get carried away!
We all know it takes time to develop any relationship.
Commit to your yoga and/or meditation.
Do not be fickle!
Freely give it your time.
This is a relationship that can be really… life changing!
Through yoga and meditation, we may become more intimate with our self, the life force, and the universal.
Faint whispers of our being that normally can get lost in the noise of our lives have their chance to be heard and felt.
Let your attention ride the breath like a feather in the air and get intimate with life!
Yoga and meditation, I was lured into this relationship by your sweet and gentle, yet strong, uplifting ways.
I can honestly say, I’ve been touched for the better by you!
Seemingly by chance over 42 years ago you fell into my hands.* I took you home, and all the rest is history….
You know, you never know how a serious relationship will begin!
*a book about you!

As we practice our yoga and meditation, it’s important to remember practice does not make perfect (which really does not even exist!), but it sure can make for pretty dang awesome.
Practice!
“Neurons that fire together wire together.”*
Daily meditation and/or yoga can over time become an express route to the universal.
In yoga and meditation, we can say hello to that vibration of being that is being us all.
I bow to That!
NOW, the practice of yoga begins*, not in the moment you want it to be, but in the moment now as it is.
Any and all situations are the door to opportunity. Yoga is the key.
Thank the moment for this opportunity to practice yoga!
*Yoga sutra 1.1
Like a flower scented spring breeze, yoga and meditation can clean out and freshen our being sweeping away that which hinders our growth.
Firmly grounded, we stretch towards the heavens like a young seedling.
Feel the freedom and rejuvenation of spring both inside and outside you!
