The ego bows

The overtaxed or bruised ego that can laugh at itself is freer of itself, of its self-imposed limits of hurt that cloud its experience of the sheer joy of living.

Meditation and yoga help align the ego with its source, diminishing these shenanigans that limit our experience of the bliss of the life force itself.

Untax yourself!

We all have our stories–our intricate and unique ways of weaving our past events, emotions, and thoughts with our “disposition” or natural being.

These stories support our lives like the girders and skin of a high-rise office building.

As “useful” as these stories are–they are how we live our lives–they can be taxing as they repeat over and over ad nauseam in our being.

Meditation and yoga can slow these stories, show us chinks in their pat patterns and give us greater freedom to explore and create new habits… of greater freedom, love, and joy.

They help our stories and our lives become less taxing more creative.

And these practices help us let go of what might be taxing and not beneficial to our well-being and that of others.

Yoga and meditation help untax us!

Support during taxing times

We all encounter times in our lives that are more taxing and times that are less so.

A sustained yoga and/or meditation practice can help us be steadier and more grounded during taxing times.

And we need to make time to restore ourselves when feeling depleted during and after taxing times.

Thank goodness, yoga and/or meditation can help restore you when you are taxed!

Tax relief!

Right now can be a taxing time of year (pun totally intended!).

Yoga and meditation can help us thankfully with the myriad of taxing things that come our way.

Such is life, right?!
