Do what you love with love and feel the love sharing it with love with others…
and feel the love more deeply.
Who can’t love this!
Let’s you and me lead a love revolution!

When life’s overwhelming, rather than resist it, what would happen if we opened to it?
Maybe bring the presence, and strength, and flexibility of yoga to it?…
Life keeps reinventing me.
Yoga and meditation allow me to more actively participate in and let go to the experiment.
Wrestling with the ego is like a mud wrestling competition.
You’re sure to get dragged into the mud every time!
Yoga and meditation are like mirrors; they give us the opportunity to come clean with ourselves.
Namaste. The light in me sees and bows to the light in you.
It is a great honor to serve this light.
It is our humble delight!
Negativity is like the water going down a drain, at first slowly the thoughts come and then swirling faster and faster and faster carrying us down the drain.
Positivity, on the other hand, is like lifted hands and heart at all the possibilities.
Through yoga and meditation, we can become more aware of negativity and our getting caught up in it. The practices foster greater and greater positivity.
Good for you… and those around you. The effects will ripple out of you in the world.
Do your yoga and/or meditate, and take a better pose in life.
Meditate and/or do yoga and connect to the fountain of life.
Realize you are alive with its waters of light.
Enjoy!
Take a quick yoga pose or two. Focus on the body, and the breath and become more absorbed in the moment at hand.
Refresh yourself!

The good news: You have this moment again and again to practice. You need not worry if you missed or “blew” the last moment…. There’s the next… and the next for a lifetime to practice.
The bad news: You have a finite time to practice in this life now.
Get practicing!
The steadiness of regular practice can carry us across rougher as well as calmer waters.
Steadiness of effort (and breath!) in a “difficult” or uncomfortable pose can strengthen our inner muscle to remain more steady in difficult moments.
And for this we can be most grateful… again and again!…
