Wrestling with the ego is like a mud wrestling competition.

You’re sure to get dragged into the mud every time!

Yoga and meditation are like mirrors; they give us the opportunity to come clean with ourselves.

Namaste. The light in me sees and bows to the light in you.

Change your pose in life

Negativity is like the water going down a drain, at first slowly the thoughts come and then swirling faster and faster and faster carrying us down the drain.

Positivity, on the other hand, is like lifted hands and heart at all the possibilities.

Through yoga and meditation, we can become more aware of negativity and our getting caught up in it.  The practices foster greater and greater positivity.

Good for you… and those around you.  The effects will ripple out of you in the world.

Do your yoga and/or meditate, and take a better pose in life.

Exercise your effort

The steadiness of regular practice can carry us across rougher as well as calmer waters.

Steadiness of effort (and breath!) in a “difficult” or uncomfortable pose can strengthen our inner muscle to remain more steady in difficult moments.

And for this we can be most grateful… again and again!…
