“I can’t seem to find time at home for yoga (or meditation!). My life is so busy….”
You don’t need an hour to practice!
Even 5 minutes–a few poses, a few steady breaths…
The journey inward begins one step at a time.
Now hardly stands a chance, competing with the many thoughts and feelings about the past and future flooding our attention.
As we practice yoga and meditation, we become more quiet and present to the sensations of now, freer to begin to explore and experience it.
Like so many of our devices,
if things aren’t working right,
unplug and reset.
Do a little yoga… meditate.
Who am "I"?
"I" is the vibration of universal
consciousness.
And so are you!
Realizing this can change everything.
Through our yoga and meditation practices, we dive deeper and deeper into this question and experience.
To be, or not be
is not the question.
The question is:
what does it mean to be?
Meditate, and explore and experience more deeply what it is to be!
Thank your Beloved…
should you find her on your yoga mat or in meditation,
at dinner with you and a friend,
in a child’s giggle,
in a stranger’s smile, or in your smile to a stranger,
in your sister’s recovery,
in the rain,
in your heart…
Thank her!
Yoga and meditation can take you to the doorway
of your sweet heart.
Do what you do
in any moment
with all your heart,
and dive in deep!
We take on many roles in life–child, teenager, adult… worker, friend, possibly spouse, parent… American, Russian, Ecuadorian… man, woman, other?… teacher, doctor, laborer, pilot… old person…
Like the breeze through the trees rustling the leaves, at times the branches…
