Now hardly stands a chance, competing with the many thoughts and feelings about the past and future flooding our attention.

As we practice yoga and meditation, we become more quiet and present to the sensations of now, freer to begin to explore and experience it.

We take on many roles in life–child, teenager, adult… worker, friend, possibly spouse, parent… American, Russian, Ecuadorian… man, woman, other?… teacher, doctor, laborer, pilot… old person…

Like the breeze through the trees rustling the leaves, at times the branches…
