Is it possible to
explode with gratitude?
Is it possible to
explode with gratitude?
Find your own ritual around meditation. Develop habits of practice that attract you–some specially set up place to practice, at maybe the same time of day, with “artifacts” that draw you into the space.
And let your regular meditation be like a “familiar” walk in the woods to traverse the landscape of your being and see what the new day brings.
Be present to the moment as though opening a present.
Yoga and meditation help train this.

Every day practice some form of yoga and/or meditation, even just a little bit….
You are gradually training your being and renewing and reaffirming your connection.
This is the ultimate self-care!
There are times during yoga and meditation where our sense of “I”-ness melts into “is-ness,” like butter into toast.
Yoga and meditation are bit like putting on a set of headphones and tuning in to another station than the everyday chatter and our habitual thinking and being.
With practice, it may be our great good fortune to tune in to the universal station of our being.
It is certain to rock your world!
As you meditate and do yoga,
listen to the breath.
It is telling you secrets from beyond the beyond…
and beyond!
Do what is mutually beneficial for you and those around you.
Such are your yoga and meditation practices–they not only bless you, but you share these blessings with those around you.
Just as the gong fades into what seems infinite silence,
so too the exhale releases into that space
from which the inhale draws in.
Yoga and meditation are like walks with yourself–sometimes quite chatty and tumultuous, at other times serene–always ventures into the inner landscape of our being.
Frequent these paths with regular visits.
