Life knowing life!

One view of yoga and meditation is that it is the journey of the prana, the life force, via the vehicle of the breath to know itself and its source.

And the prana taking the form of the inhale and the exhale is itself the vehicle.

From this point of view, yoga and meditation are the journey of life back to know itself and its source–and the resulting joy and bliss in this discovery of its own magnificence.

Become more intimate

Through our yoga and meditation practices, we start to have  a conversation and relationship with our breath–

this breath that is so valuable, so precious… that keeps us alive. It comes and it goes–never possessed. . . .

this breath that yoga equates with the prana, the life force itself!

Through yoga and meditation, we can become more intimate with our breath. . .
and become more intimate with life!

A new adventure

For the span of our lives, the metronome-like rhythm of our breath sweeps inward and outward like ocean waves without any of our effort.

In yoga and meditation, we bring mind to breath and breath to mind.

Each time is a new adventure. . . . different every time.
