Coming home this new year

The dissatisfied mind wanders here and there seeking satisfaction, until it is allowed to find ease via yoga and meditation in its source.

This is quite a homecoming party–the mind coming back to itself.

This new year, with regular practice, bring your mind home to itself again, and again, to its resting place.

There is great peace and joy and bliss in bringing the mind home.

There is this peace we share 
that is no more ours than the air
we breathe.
I've been so busy searching for it, . . .
and it's been here the whole time
right in front of my very nose.
Practice your yoga and meditation.
