I have something terribly serious to tell you….
You are on the trip of a lifetime.
And don’t you forget it!
I have something terribly serious to tell you….
You are on the trip of a lifetime.
And don’t you forget it!
Resisting our bliss, the bliss of the Self,
is a bit like the Dutch boy with this finger in the dike….
Ultimately futile!
Thank goodness, in this case, that’s a good thing.
Let it flow, let it flow!
Like a candle flame, we waver….
Watch the breath.
As the breath grows slower,
our flame grows stiller.
Sometimes the amount of pain we will go through to avoid pain is a real pain.
When things get topsy-turvy and seem all upside down, there’s the need to restore–to slow things down a bit, to regroup, to make space and regather our resources for what lies ahead.
As you embody your intention, you true up to it.
You make it real.
Intentions that benefit yourself, those around you, and the world are balanced and sustainable. Benefiting everyone, there are filled with love!
Tolerance involves not taking what others say and do personally, but as their way of being and thinking and doing that is unique to them.
Respecting others comes from respecting ourselves–each of us a unique variation on this human theme!
When we give to that which has given to, helped, or uplifted us, we align ourselves to the power of giving and receiving.
Like an open conduit, the good and beneficial energy can flow–to us, through us, to others.
We can gratefully pay it forward to give back and share our good fortune!
As we step into stillness,
time disappears.
Absorption in bliss soaks up the mind’s attention and the senses so that there is only now!
Who am I–the space between “the noise” or the noise?
In the midst of “the noise,” I sometimes forget….
I am simultaneously both!
