You are what you chew on

We all know the familiar expression, “you are what you eat.”

The same goes for thought. You are what focus on and think about, what you focus your thoughts and energy on.

When you think happy thoughts or about happy experiences, you feel happy. When your thoughts are sad, you will feel sad.

Instant karma. In the thought world, we immediately reap what we sow, instantaneously.

We are what we focus on or chew on.

Chew on this for a while!

Infinite gratitude

How do you thank That* which supports you for a lifetime?

With infinite gratitude, that goes on like an endless hall of mirrors…

Yoga and meditation are the road and the road map to feel and know and explore this for life, and be infinitely grateful.

Go explore and be grateful!

*That–the life force, the prana shakti, the chi, the universal self… ever-present and ever-loving, compassionate, joyful, enthusiastic, scintillating… the heart of our being.

Daily visits

The company of meditation and yoga–the energy that I meet–brings me back to practice daily.

Who doesn’t want to visit the best of company each day?*

It’s only a few minutes of meditation or a few poses away.

Always with you when you turn to it–uplifting, calming, centering, supportive!

Always with you!

*Who or what is this best of company? Some call it the prana or prana shakti, some call it the Self, the universal, our Buddha nature…

The grand unmasking

The life force, the Prana Shakti, is the master of disguises, always dressing itself in varied and often unexpected costumes, masks, and plays of varied forms and with very varied effects, some joyful and grand, some tender and poignant, others painful and horrible… a multitude of possibilities!

Our yoga and meditation can, over time, unmask this masterful and most creative player of all life’s infinite roles, this player of life–ALIVE WITH LIFE!

The time of our lives!

We are all having the time of our life right now–all of us.

Let’s make the most of it and share the best we can muster with ourselves, others, and the world.

Yoga and meditation can help us grow with this intention and align more with it… to have the time of our lives!

This grand frequency

There are many frequencies we all tune into daily–fear, anger, worry, sadness, nervousness, calm, good cheer, assuredness, joy, and love–to name but a few.

Yoga and meditation can support our fluidity with changing frequencies and help us tune into the Grand Frequency that includes and encompasses all frequencies with love and compassion.

Join me in regular practice and learn to… frequent it!
