That sense of you, or should I say that that senses the sense of you, has travelled with you since the beginning.
Through yoga and meditation, we come to know this knower—that which never changes.
Ya’ know!?
That sense of you, or should I say that that senses the sense of you, has travelled with you since the beginning.
Through yoga and meditation, we come to know this knower—that which never changes.
Ya’ know!?
The forms of life come and go like clouds and fog against the open sky of our being.
We are held by a hammock of love in the heart.
Through all yoga, especially meditation and restorative, we can return here again and again to rest, restore, renew, and revitalize.
Through practice, we may even learn more and more to reside in the hammock of the heart, the seat of our being.
We are all creative enterprises in the works.
Yoga aligns us with the flow and helps us evolve with this creative life energy in more loving and compassionate ways, expanding our hearts beyond the confines of our beings, giving us a more worldly vision.
Yoga is.
The blessings from our practices disperse like dandelion seeds in the wind.
By directing our intention, we can “blow” them in the direction we wish to grow and generously share them to help those in need.
The benefits of yoga and meditation exceed the confines of our mat or meditation cushion.
They radiate out into our day and life like the sunshine.
Smile and be filled with gratitude for their blessings.
Stop, in the name of love. Stop the self-deprecating self-talk, stop the language of disrespect. Stop it all in the name of love!
With yoga, we can learn to be more compassionate and loving, undoing some of those self-critical voices that do harm rather than good. Stop, in the name of love, and practice to get these and many other benefits.
Pose by pose, breath by breath, stop, in the name of love taking us on this endless journey deeper into love…
both on and off the mat!
Simply put, the effort to practice builds our inner muscle.
Just the effort and the showing up to practice exercises the muscle and begins the turning within and the churning of yoga.
Our life is our gym to exercise this muscle with endless opportunities to workout and get stronger.
We all like good company, right?!
Yoga is always that for us, no matter what… lifting our spirits, steadying and calming us, offering us compassion and love… improving our health and sense of well-being.
Such good company, yoga, we thank you for your enduring presence!
