Slow the breath, slow the mind.
Steady the breath, steady the mind.
Consciously, use this to your advantage during these agitating time.

Yoga is higher education in that it educates us in a way that uplifts us.
A stockpile of money cannot buy you the rich life inner peace can.
Sharing this inner peace with others is a capital expansion project that profits everyone.
No amount of money can buy you inner peace.
But expanding our effort to do our yoga and meditation practices can grace us with the most satisfying investment, inner peace.
We all need a place of refuge–a place of peace, and joy, that refresh our body as well as our attitude or state.
A place of refuge that does not rely on any circumstance, that in itself is satisfying.
Yoga and meditation can take you to this inner place of refuge.
Always there to return to to replenish.
Always there!
Like a fresh breeze clearing the air of smoke, meditation can clear the mind of its confusion, fear, and anger.
Delusion can vanish into a crystal blue sky.

Think of our attention being like a magnifying glass.
We have a choice what we magnify in our lives.
Let your smile allow you to slip-and-slide into your heart–into your joy, peace, and love.
When we make the effort to magnify this, we not only uplift ourselves, but those around us.
Grace is the elation we feel as, having made the effort, we slide into our magnanimous glowing heart.
Through yoga and meditation, we make the effort to slip into our hearts, and through grace, we slide into home.
As the mind’s attention becomes absorbed in the observer or the witness of thoughts, the mind can relax.
Thoughts come and go, but as the mind relaxes, the mind, in turn, becomes quieter.
This is the gateway to greater peace.
When we become the witness of the mind, we come to this peace of mind that that is the mind’s quiet nature.
In yoga, we ground ourselves and from our heart center radiate outward to the world and upward to the heavens.
Connected… welcome to intimacy!
Through the vehicles of yoga and meditation, we can drop in for a visit reconnect and converse, our self to our Self.
Sometimes peaceful, sometimes restorative, sometimes refreshing, sometimes invigorating–always so worthwhile and remarkably enlightening…
the best of time!
May your yoga empower you to live a better life.
