In meditation and yoga, as our hearts and minds grow quieter, they may seem to align and merge as though never separate.

In absorption in the center in one pointedness, dichotomies disappear and there is yoga–unity, oneness.

Get a grip to ungrip!

Yoga and meditation can help us marshal or engage our resources needed for a situation, and let fall away those things that either inhibit, limit, or thwart us.

Every yoga pose requires us to engage certain muscles, and to relax others.

Get a grip with what serves you to let go of what does not.

Right on time

You can’t force the butterfly’s wings to open. Everything is happening right on time. Be content with what is and allow it to unfold, to lead you to the next step and the next….

With kindness, invite yourself and others to open.
