The convergence of now!

Now is the simultaneous harmonic and dissonant convergence, a harmony and a cacophony of thoughts, feelings, and events.

Yoga and meditation can help open us to open to and embrace the fullness of this convergence and even to find the seemingly impossible peace and stillness within it.

Free the mind of weighty worries

As we “polish” our worries with our attention, they do not shine brightly to lift our spirits but act as loadstones to keep us weighted down, not free.

Rather than focus on our passing worries, acknowledge them, give them their due, and then bid them adieu. Instead, focus with diligence on your inner peace and let your good cheer reveal the sunniness within.

Universally ours

The drop of the ocean does not need to know it’s the ocean to be the ocean.

Such it is with the ego or the small self. It does not need to know it’s the universal or the Self to be the Self.

But knowing this as a human being can make all the difference in this world.

Great love and respect are born of this realization!
