Peaceful steady awareness

Our presence is a steadiness of awareness in the midst of change.

We practice bringing the steadiness of our presence to change as we bring our awareness to micro-adjustments in yoga poses.

With the breath, bring your attention to this steady awareness.

Tip #11: Give yourself some peace

After the holidays, give yourself space to revive and renew, to let go some, to reground.

Maybe a longer savasana/corpse pose, or meditate a little longer… maybe a walk in fresh air in nature….

As we round out of one year and into another, take space to take stock of things and reorient.

Breathe deep into your beautiful heart.
