The golden touch of kindness
Kind acts reverberate with the inner smile and uplift everyone involved.
Yoga for the common good
Yoga and meditation can be good for the common good as they expand our vision beyond that which only concerns this ego to that which benefits us all.
The gift of yoga and meditation
Offer our practices to the benefit of you and all those around you.
This is the gift that keeps on giving!
Improve your vision
It’s amazing the shift in our vision yoga and meditation can make!
Fill your basket
Every day I go walking
with a basket in hand,
not gathering vegetables or flowers,
but the fruits of my daily practice to share.
Transformation explained
When you are looking at the Light, the Light casts our awareness on obstructions between it and us.
It makes clear what is between us and the Light–what occludes our vision and more direct experience of it.
Not only does this Light make it visible, but it burns it away.
Such is the Light, the engine of our transformation.
It’s a practice!
The breath is here now.
The body is here now.
When we bring our mind to the breath and the body, we bring our mind to here now.
We guide the mind out of its habit of being lost in its own thoughts.
Committed to joy
Regular yoga and/or meditation practice is my commitment to renew myself again and again.
They are my commitment to joy…
in action!
Again, and again, we refresh our posture
In remembering, we refresh our posture.
We remember and return to the mantra or the breath in meditation. We step out of our reveries and wake up to the moment.
We bring attention and breath to the nuances and subtle evolution of a yoga pose, moment by moment. We become alert to the moment and step out of our reveries.
We refresh our posture.
Now, the practice of yoga begins!
Now… now… now.
Again, and again, we refresh our posture. We become more present to the moment, more alive!
This is yoga.
