Relax into the breath.
It’s always there to catch you.
Relax into the breath.
It’s always there to catch you.
Bow to the breath in its persistence and perseverance to keep us alive.
Such loyalty deserves recognition and gratitude.
The breath has really got your back!
The breath is happening now, and only now!
By bringing our attention to the breath, we bring it to now, to this moment that is happening.
In yoga and meditation, our breath brings us presence!
We celebrate birthdays, anniversaries….
What about celebrating this breath that keeps us alive…
every breath of the way?!
Scintillating peace,
like a hypnotist’s voice and eyes,
you draw me inward
to your throbbing vibration–
within all of us… the little beetle on the sidewalk….
Alive!
If I am already That, why is it such a long and winding road to realize That?
Yoga and meditation help bring us to That again, and again.
They are the ultimate tour guides that bring us home to That which we already are.
Like the ground crew at the airport guiding planes safely for landings and take-offs, yoga and meditation align our smaller self, the ego, with our greater or universal Self.
Systems ready!
Though yoga is by no means any sort of fountain of youth, it can guide you to connect more deeply to the vital force, the prana.
Nothing can make you feel more alive than this!
(P.S. You might even feel younger!)
The light of yoga guides you to itself.
The practices of yoga–asanas, meditation, contemplation and study, chanting…–guide us to the state of yoga–union.
The Self guides the self to itSelf to realize it is the Self.
Yoga and meditation are the ever-extended hand to guide and support you.
You might say yoga is extremely handy!
