A vital and most useful tool

The inner laugh born of the inner smile is the lubricant that can free us when stuck or jammed up inside.

Even the most frozen of bolts or screws can loosen up in its presence.

We can light and flow again.

By no means a panacea for all ills or problems, the inner smile is an amazingly powerful tool to have in your yoga tool bag, an instrumental practice for evenness in the midst of life’s ups and downs, a glowing consistent presence to bring to yourself and this around you!

Feel better with yoga and meditation

There’s a bazillion reasons to do yoga and to meditate. After all, it affects our entire being–all parts of it.

Put simply, I practice yoga and meditation because it helps me feel better–healthier, happier, more accepting and loving, more joyful.

It tunes me more into my inner smile.

And for this, I am forever grateful!

Luminous you!

The practice of the inner smile can open us to a luminous greatness of being that dwarfs the ego’s swagger.

The practice of yoga and meditation can open us to this unfathomably wondrous and humbling luminosity.

There is no containing this luminosity. There is only honoring and respecting, celebrating, sharing, and thanking it.

An irresistible smile

The inner smile is not the Pollyanna smile that attempts to paint everything with rose-colored glasses. It is not that which tries to alter, deny, or avoid.

No, it is a soft accepting and supportive smile that gently and kindly holds things as they are with a nod of approval, with love. It is the smile of compassion.

The inner smile welcomes the flow. It does not resist it.

Not another fad diet!

A daily diet of yoga and meditation is the only diet I’ve ever been able to stick to.

A deeper happiness and joy, not to mention love, bliss, and peace… a greater sense of oneness and connectedness is worth it.

This diet’s fruits are immediate for many.

Of benefit physically, mentally, and spiritually, it’s a complete “nutrient” system.

Though yoga and meditation are so popular now, let your practices become a regular part of your lives.

Yoga and meditation should not, like so many others, be just another fad diet!
