Our yoga and meditation can, over time, unmask this masterful and most creative player of all life’s infinite roles, this player of life–ALIVE WITH LIFE!

Note that the lotus does not get stuck or mired in the mud, but anchors in it to rise and bloom in all its loveliness.
There are many frequencies we all tune into daily–fear, anger, worry, sadness, nervousness, calm, good cheer, assuredness, joy, and love–to name but a few.
