A hammock of love

We are held by a hammock of love in the heart.

Through all yoga, especially meditation and restorative, we can return here again and again to rest, restore, renew, and revitalize.

Through practice, we may even learn more and more to reside in the hammock of the heart, the seat of our being.

Stop, in the name of love!

Stop, in the name of love. Stop the self-deprecating self-talk, stop the language of disrespect. Stop it all in the name of love!

With yoga, we can learn to be more compassionate and loving, undoing some of those self-critical voices that do harm rather than good. Stop, in the name of love, and practice to get these and many other benefits.

Pose by pose, breath by breath, stop, in the name of love taking us on this endless journey deeper into love…

both on and off the mat!

A good workout

Simply put, the effort to practice builds our inner muscle.

Just the effort and the showing up to practice exercises the muscle and begins the turning within and the churning of yoga.

Our life is our gym to exercise this muscle with endless opportunities to workout and get stronger.
