Resilient!

Yoga and meditation can help us recover our resilient spirit like that of children.

This inner lilt is a muscle to build!

And yet, like a bird’s wing flies, there is grace in the recovery from an arising smile or laugh.

Thrashing in the web!

Unlike the spider in its web, we become entangled in the web of our thoughts. If we struggle to become free, we thrash and become more entangled.

Through meditation and yoga, we can become still and find peace in the web, and even maybe walk away from it.
