Head of state secrets revealed!

The world right now is a convincing argument for finding happiness, peace of mind, and balance independent of circumstance.*

Yoga and meditation are the path to this state.

We temper our reactions and responses knowing things will pass, while at the same time we totally accept our reactions.

Such is the path to greater equipoise.

Hail to the chief!

*Maybe 2020 really is sharpening our vision!

Interrupted again!

Through our yoga and meditation practice, the usual active fluctuations of the mind can be graced with a slowing of thoughts and, at points, maybe even stillness.

For this interruption, we can be really thankful… and graciously smile!

Digesting difficult times

Sometimes life is hard to take, difficult to digest, if you will.

Meditation and yoga can help us with this, a true digestif.*

With the practices to aid us, we can move forward in a more positive way.

Drink up!  Santé, salud! To your health and well being!

Offering

In meditation and yoga, we can find this space of santosha or contentment, where everything is okay.

We have nothing to prove.

From this space, we can develop our skills and access our talents, and offer them to those around us and the world.

Offering from this space–this is yoga in action!

Vibratory changes at the deepest levels

Make the effort to do the practices.

The biggest transformations are subtle in nature, vibratory, that alter the deepest impressions in our psyche and emotional body making way for more light.

We can have intentions for the outcomes of our practice, and these can be quite fruitful, but the subtlest “results” of our practice are the gifts of grace in the deepest recesses of our being.

Offering your bounty!

If we dwell in the place of want, we are always lacking, whether it be emotions or material things. Always wanting, slighted somehow….

If we dwell in a the place of fullness, we lack nothing emotionally and materially.

We bring this fullness to what we do, and generously share its unending bounty.

Yoga and meditation can introduce us to this fullness–contentment/santosa and bountiful joy and bliss/ananda.

Filler ‘er up!

Align

When one’s self realizes it is a contracted form of the Self, it aligns with the Self.

Yoga and meditation over time throw off anything that obscures this experience.

The droplet of the ocean recognizes and remembers it is the ocean.
