We are all the contracted form of the Self, the form of the formless.

We bring our self to the Self each yoga and meditation practice to remind us of who we are in the midst of this busy world.

The practices revive our recollection of this connection; they revive our experience of this oneness.

Smile, again and again, at this recollection! Remember to make time in your day for a little self to Self resuscitation!

In yoga and meditation, sense the free flow of breath throughout your body.

In pranayama, we directly work with the breath.

There are no limits of the formless, air, within this form, the body!

Building community is a yoga thing!

In yoga poses, we almost always pay attention to and work or move around the midline or our center.

What is the midline between your and me?

That which does no harm or less harm to us both, that which is mutually beneficial.

Out of love and respect, we find this midline.

This is how we build common ground, or community.
