Meditation happens in the space between our thoughts and our breaths.

Why wasn’t I invited to the party?!
Actually, you are every time you do yoga or meditation. You are invited to survey your inner real estate!
A regular meditation and/or yoga practice is like water eroding hard rock.
At first, it appears water is merely running over the surface.
In fact, we know better….
Through yoga and meditation, the light moves out of you what no longer serves you making more room for it to fill and shine forth through your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Fear gets its power from making us feel we’ve lost our center; panic may ensue.
Like thick smoke, fear can occlude our vision and sense of the center.
Be assured this is only temporary.
Yoga and meditation during difficult times can provide the clarity and strength to help restore our centeredness.
The best thing about the bottom falling out is…
the bottom didn’t fall out.
Mother Nature does not appear to be too happy these days.
Maybe it’s time we learned to play nice!
Believe it or not, practicing yoga and meditation can help us learn to do this!
If “I” is a process and not an entity, then there is no “I” to possess!
So in the ultimate reality, there is no “I” to possess things either.
Ownership is really just an agreement we make.
What if everything was just a process in time? Geology teaches us even rocks and the earth are. Astronomers teach us such is true with the planets and the stars. Our bodies certainly are.
Maybe we are stewards entrusted to care for all that inhabits this world, temporarily here to care for it the best we can.
Here, I am afraid, we have a lot to learn, hopefully before it is too late!
“I”–the ego–is merely a constellation of relationships in our mind, in our being, that are constantly in flux around our center.
This is a case of mistaken identity.
“I” is really the center amidst the forces of life. “I” am that–the marvelous and mysterious cosmology of the life force which is bliss.
Meditate to know that. Then you will discover, over time, who you really are….
