When subject and object merge, there is unity, yoga.
We melt into the bliss of nothingness to become everything.
When subject and object merge, there is unity, yoga.
We melt into the bliss of nothingness to become everything.
The awareness of thinking is not thinking.
That which is aware of thoughts is the witness.
Our attention needn’t be captivated by our thoughts.
You are not your thoughts, but the witness of the thoughts.
Yoga and meditation are like a giant leaf blower clearing away what no longer serves us.
In the center, there is peace, love, joy, and bliss.
Here the Hippie-dream is fulfilled!

The rational mind likes to explain and give reasons and judge.
The witness is merely present–without explanations or reasons why or judgements. It openly accepts what is.
The rational mind helps us in innumerable ways with the business of living our lives.
The witness helps us love life and be in awe.
We need both to lead a full life!
Our center is the witness–not evaluating or analyzing or judging–just present, being with what is.
As we practice meditation and yoga, we become more frequently and easily absorbed in our center.
Absorbed in this dynamic yet still center, we lose ourselves to find ourselves and our true nature.
Life is like a donut.
Both rely on the center to exist.
It’s not about perfectionism!
It’s about practice, and gradual and incremental improvement… patience… and growing… over and over again… whether it be yoga, meditation…
or, for that matter, practically everything in life!
