Dying to come back!

There can be these lovely moments in savasana where we dissolve or “die.” Scintillating….

We come back to ourselves renewed. Something has change for the better, though we may hardly know what, and this is what keeps many of us who are hooked on yoga almost dying to come back!

There is beauty despite the fall

There is beauty despite the fall.

This is nature’s way.

A flurry of life arising, and life falling.

Let your human heart rejoice and cry.

Let it celebrate this thing called life.

Your yoga and meditation practices can help you appreciate and feel its flow all the more deeply.

Breathe deep (at a social distance of course!) and enjoy… no, celebrate this thing called life!

Thank you, yoga for new engagement!

Many of my algorithms or patterns for everyday living have not worked very well during the pandemic.

I am reinvigorating and realigning my engagement with the practices and feeling their vital benefits, even during these strange and difficult times.

Their benefits are all the more noticeable and needed, desired, wanted… and appreciated–their support all the more sweet and kind!

The pandemic has deepened our friendship even more!

Thank you, yoga!
